Stock items can be returned to the branch for a full credit subject to a 25% re-stocking charge, but this needs to be accompanied with a proof of purchase. Non stock items can only be returned if the manufacturer will accept these back and may incur a restocking charge. Please contact the branch in those circumstances.
We regret that we are unable to accept returns of aggregates and powdered goods. Please contact the branch regarding large items that you are unable to return yourself regarding haulage costs.
